Wine Tasting in South Florida

Founded in 2001, Carpe Vinum hosts monthly educational wine tasting events to explore unique and highly rated wines. Our goal is to share educational information to learn about wine and wine producing regions around the world. Each wine is paired with appropriate foods to enhance the wine tasting experience. Our wine tasting group meets monthly.

All proceeds from our events fund a scholarship program for students at the FIU Chaplin School of Hospitality.
